internal server error trying to view a place

just set up a new install of the GD

I have the wp permalink set to post name and the GD permalink set to default

when I try to view a place (even the imported dummy places) I get an

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Many of your listings did not have categories FIXED

Hello Brian,

FTP credentials are working fine but FTP account does not have access to public_html(WordPress root) folder, it shows empty directory.
Please provide access to the WordPress root directory to the FTP account.

I tried the new credentials and still can’t see a site folder.

Please validate the credentials yourself before reposting.

To check into the error yourself please make sure you have looked at the following possible issues:

1. V2 core with V2 addons. Pricing manager 2.5+
2. Enable debug in WP Config – https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/troubleshooting/#enable-debugging

Hi Brian,

Issue has been fixed.

You have set GD location page as a site front page in settings at WP Admin > Settings > Reading > Your homepage displays > Homepage.

I have changed it to other page and now issue is fixed.
