    Hi there,

    One of my clients received the following page (attached) on completing payment via paypal.

    I checked the page and it is has the shortcode [wpinv_receipt] in it – is there something I am missing?

    Hi Marcus,

    Please provide FTP credentials also and allow us to enable sandbox mode, we need to do test payments to find the problem.

    FTP credentials required to access files (view/edit) via FTP client like FileZilla.

    FTP credentials contains-
    FTP Host:
    FTP User:
    FTP Password:
    FTP Port:

    Please ask your server admin to provide this details.

    Hello!

    Please test the credentials. I have tried to login and I am unable to do so.

    Please check the credentials and then test them in a program like FileZilla (free, open source).

    Once you have tested them and confirmed they work, that you can browse the files for your sit eon the remote server, let us know here. I will proceed to check them again to confirm they work so the developer can proceed to diagnose the issue.
