I’m not sure where to put this support question.

I am trying to use your Invoicing plugin but having trouble. It has pulled across original pricing and now won’t change to reflect the changes made to the packages in GeoDiretcory.

I have deleted the plugin and tried to remove info from database via phpMyAdmin. Reinstalled the plugin but it still shows old price. I can only assume I didn’t remove everything from the database.

Is there something I haven’t done / overlooked here? Thanks.

    Hi Ulick Baumann,

Thanks for your post. Kindly elaborate a little bit more and share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check this out for you.

Inside the Packages screen, where the list of packages are shown, there is under each package a “Refresh” icon. You can click that to push package update into the cart.

Try that and let us know how it goes. If there is still an issue do share WP Admin credentials so we can take a look.

Hi, yes, i can see item 707 is not attached to a package, and yet cannot be deleted.

I would recommend you do as you have done and label those unused packages for your own reference.

I will also ask the developers if they have plans about that.

It seems like you deleted the item in your packages before syncing it with Invoicing.

However, packages can only be edited/deleted via the packages page. The only way you can delete it now is to:-

    – Login to your PHPMyAdmin.
    – Locate the posts table in your WordPress directory.
    – Delete the post with ID 707.
