Hi, we are setting up a complete new directory for rental houses. We installed the V2 Beta, with all the needed plugins for now such as custom post types and price manager.
We also installed invoicing. At a certain moment during the installation process it was obliged to install also woo commerce. Now I am a bit confused about the relationship between all of them.
Is woo commerce obliged to install as a basis for and in order to function/use Invoicing?
If this is the case, do we need to do all configuration (adress etc) for both?
Or if you can also use either invoicing or woo commerce…we just choose the one that is more apt regarding payment gateways? Or which one do you recommend?

Another one I am confused about.
I create a custom post type and create different packages for this post type.
Is that the same as “Add item” in the invoicing plugin?
And the same as “add product” for woo commerce?

I have been reading manuals and watching videos, but since most videos are based on the V1 version, it is a bit confusing.
Is it correct that for example all price and payment tabs from V1 have moved to the Invoicing plugin in V2? Or did they move to the add package section in CPT…See 2 attached printscreens..

Wishing you a nice sunday and thanks very much for your help.

You can choose your cart in the Pricing settings, either Invoicing or WooCommerce.

Creating a Price Package will automatically create an item in Invoicing or a Product in WooCommerce (whichever is selected in the Pricing Manager settings).

Packages will always be a part of GD. The settings for individual packages are in the CPT settings -> Packages
