Invoicing creates bills for free packages

    Hallo,
    why do I get bills not only for paid listings but also for free packages? The Price is 0, but nobody needs a bill for a free listing.
    I also can´t delete this articles (free packages) from Invoicing.
    How can I delete this free items/articles from Invoicing?

    Hallo,
    Disable the emails is not a solution. I can not use invoices at all, if 80% of them are 0 €. Because the invoice number should be continuously (so I can not just delete empty invoices)

    You have promised a solution in the next update. The was an update last week, but I stil get invoices for Free packages.
    Can I delete this free packages Invoicing articles using database (in wich area?)

    We do not recommend deleting the invoices in the database.
    You can delete them at Invoicing > Invoices.

    There has been nu update to the Pricing Manager or to Invoicing yet.

    It is not possible, to delete this invoicing articles (see the image)
    I can only delete manualy created Invoicing articles, but all articles from GD don´t have delete button, its´t also not possible to check them.

    If I delete Invoicing > Invoices then the nummer woundn´t be continuously anymore, this is a huge problem with finances & taxes

    You cannot delete the items, that is correct.

    Sorry, was there an Invoicing update last week?
    I have now fewer 0 € invoices, but they are stil generated. Now they are marked as “paid”
    Is that no possible to stop Invoicing from billig free packages?

    The update for this feature will be added to the GD Pricing and Payment manager. It may be in the next update, we are still testing, so I can’t give you an exact time for it.
