Doing more testing this evening and found another issue. I initially had the payment gateway set up to go to the PayPal sandbox. Tonight I disabled it after entering my banking info and PayPal address as the only two options. Upon attempting to pay the invoice, I first noticed there was no other option than for PayPal (there was nothing notating a bank transfer option.) Upon proceeding to PayPal, I ended up in their sandbox again despite it not being enabled (PayPal is set up as the default.) I logged out of that account and went back in as an administrator to double-check and, sure enough, I have only bank transfer and PayPal as payment options with PayPal as the default and sandbox totally disabled. I enabled GD Booster and cleared the cache, disabled it again and logged back in as a customer, created another dummy listing and went through the process again only to end up in the sandbox.

I’ll post admin credentials separately for someone to take a look at it.

    PayPal sandbox is still enabled.
Bank transfer is not an option for recurring payments.

    Thanks

I must be missing a setting somewhere, Guust – this is what I have (see attachments). Where else would it need to be changed?

Ok, did a little more investigating. This is the error I get leading me to sandbox. My PayPal account I’m using is a business account, but I’m wondering if this is occurring because I don’t have the invoice add-on for PayPal Pro (which I just found out about.) Can you please confirm so I’m not purchasing something I don’t need if it’s not necessary. Thanks.

    Hello!

    PayPal upgrades are optional.

Ok, if that’s the case then something still isn’t working correctly based on my previous response.

    Hi,

you need to go to PayPal Standard settings page here : https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/wp-content/uploads/sites/11/2017/12/Screen-Shot-2017-12-12-at-8.47.29-AM.png

    and disable the sandbox.

Test payment that you see here is not related to PayPal: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/wp-content/uploads/sites/11/2017/12/Screen-Shot-2017-12-12-at-8.48.32-AM.png

    Thanks

Thanks, I had missed that one having assumed unchecking test payment in gateway payments would disable it. Fixed!
