Is Featured

Has the option to select a package as ‘featured’ status been removed?

I can’t find the option to have a package set it automatically as featured.

I can add the tick box to the bottom of a package and have it as a mandatory ‘tick’ but I can’t set the package up to have it already checked.

I set it under custom fields as ‘checked’ but when I go to add a listing and select the package that uses it the box is unchecked.
