Is there any way to manually place the location switcher menu item?

    I’ve setup an off-canvas menu for my site using the ShiftNav plugin (http://shiftnav.io/pro/).

    For some reason it doesn’t seem to like GD and won’t add the location changer to the menu even though I’ve set it up in the GD settings.

    I’m comfortable editing template files, is there some a, via a snippet of some kind that I can use to manually place that nice location switcher into a template file?
