How did you update? I cannot replicate this on my test site.

Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private message, so we can have a look.

Did you update from a version previous to 1.3?

If yes try running the tool to convert the db that you find in GD Tools.

    Let us know,

    Thx

    Hi,

ERROR: The password you entered for the username geodirectoryadmin is incorrect.

Can you please double check the info provided?

Are all your addons up to date too?

Did you try running GeoDirectory >> GD Tools to convert the DB the as suggested? (this is needed only if you are upgrading from a version prior 1.3)

If you don’t reply to our questions, it will be very difficult for us to assist.

    Thank you

You had a location called All in QLD which does not exist. You will need to check the addresses of all your listings.

Your permalinks were not set to postname: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames

There seems to be some caching going on. Are you using any caching anywhere?

You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. Probably some other plugin or your theme. You will need to disable the map there.

I cannot check your plugins because I do not have access to the network settings.

There is something wrong with your database. Can you post your phpAdmin details please.

    1. GeoDirectory was network activated while it should be activated on a site per site basis.
    I fixed it for you.

    2. All addresses seem to work now.

    3. Regarding setting permalinks to postname, review the link again:

From the main WordPress Dashboard menu, choose Settings > Permalinks > Tick Post name, and Save changes.

    I fixed it for you.

    Please check things now.
