Issue with business categories

    Whenever I create business, the categories are not more listed like before (parent category first and then child category to choose as dropdown). Instead it is a check box, this is why?

    There is an option in Place Settings (or whatever CPT that is). Double click on the category field on the right side of the screen and change the category display type.

    Now I have another issue. It gives an error “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”. I have still valid license. But I am able to update other plugins.

    Hi,

    your license are only active for this domain: tamilpage.ch/

    Make sure to activate them for the new domain too or updates will fail.

    How can I change the domain, because we moved from that domain to another domain.

    Thanks for your reply. An error 500 is usually a server related issue and I’d suggest that you contact your hosting provider for further assistance.

    It may be that you started working on a site, then changed the URL or deleted or otherwise decommissioned the site. In this case, follow these steps:

    1. Visit https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/purchase-history/
    2. Select “View Licences” for the product.
    3. Select “Manage Sites”
    4. Select the sites where you want to deactivate the license.

    Have you already installed WP easy UPdates, and already tried to deactivate and reactivate the License key for the addon on the plugins page? If not try that and let us know.
