Issue with listing tabs

    I recently implemented GeoDirectory on our website to use as a referral network business directory. All features seem to work fine except for using the listing tabs: Photos, Reviews, and Related Listing. They all display on each listing, but clicking on the tabs does nothing.
    Here is an example listing that has additional photos added: https://techvera.com/network/media-advertising/your-new-neighborhood/
    You can scroll through the photos in the top display slider, but clicking the Photos tab does nothing.

    My WordPress version is 4.8.1, we are using the Avada theme version 5.1.6, and the GeoDirectory Core plugin version 1.6.21 without any add-on plugins.

    Hi Lauren,

    appears to be a javascript conflict, possibly with another plugin.

    If you provide admin credentials for us to quickly do some testing, we’ll fix this for you.

    Hi Lauren,

    There is a plugin jQuery Updater that causing this problem. This plugin overwrite the WordPress jQuery v1.12.4 by plugin’s own jQuery file v3.2.1. This results in JS errors and breaks the JavaScript functionality in rest of plugins which are dependent on WP jQuery version file.

    When i disabled jQuery Updater plugin the problem was disappeared.

    Thanks Kiran! I don’t believe we truly need that plugin anyway so I have disabled it and the tabs do start working. Thanks for your help!
