Issues with checking out / paying for listing

    Users are unable to pay for listings upon checking out. I am trying to use PayPal as the main payment method and I have my PayPal email setup through the payment manager settings but for some reason all of my attempts have turned out incomplete. I attached screenshots of the checkout process before and after
