I've lost my CPT dropdown on the Main Search Bar

    Hi all,
    Somehow the dropdowns on the main search bar does not show the Post Types. I only have the categories dropdown showing. Shouldn’t that be a default to show it as the first dropdown? I’m a newbie so I might’ve clicked something that removed it, but I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find any setting that looks like it removes it.

    I want it to look like the image on this page: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/advanced-search/#select where the first dropdown is “Places”, second is “Category”, etc.

    Hi kim,

    Thanks for your reply. Well, all CPT listings are empty and that’s why it didn’t show up. Try inserting some listings on the CPT listings and see if it works correctly.

    Thanks, I added a test doctor and it showed up. I guess the option won’t show up unless I have two CPTs with listings. If there is only one post type with listings, then there is no reason for the dropdown.
