Hi There – As I couldn’t find a better link to send this thought, I am forced to send it to support.
Searching the web for assistance/solutions on various Geodirectory issues, I am finding that your support section does not allow users who have not purchased a license (which we will be doing when our site is ready to go live), to view many of the solutions that your staff have been able to offer.
I’d just like to mention that I find this to be a bit overly protective on your part – I understand that you’re in business, and that cash flow is paramount – none the less – it definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I see how you are not allowing users the benefit of solutions to issues just because they have not yet “paid up”.
No need for a response – but you’re welcome to if you like. I just wanted to bring this up, as from my perspective, I would have to view this as having a negative impact on your overall approval rating.
