Keep certain 'major' events

    Hi
    I wondered if it is possible to have a certain few events remain on my site even after the event has passed? I have approximately 20 ‘big’ events that take place each year and I want people to be able to see these even after the event has passed. My idea is to have a category specifically for these, maybe called ‘Top Events’ but I want them to show all the time. Is this possible?
