Widget “Popular Post cateogory” label in home page is showed with text i defined at widget panel,
but this same widget in another page, the label is showed like “Popular place categories”
still if i set the label text in widget panel.

I can confirm this. If you add the Popular Post Category plugin to the “New Post Sidebar” it displays the default heading.

Plz download attached zip, extract it and put this file in geodirectory > geodirectory-widgets and let me know ur comments.
