Large empty (placeholder) spaces and other layout and links issues

I may have removed something in the settings somewhere but I have large gaps between each of my Places (Partners) on my Partner Directory page – https://focustravel.uk/partner-directory/

Even when I’ve added the social buttons and text to 360 Travel, you’ll see how there are massive white gaps. In fact, I’m having a number of issues with the layout.

You’ll see the same problem with spacing I’m having if you choose a Category (eg TMC Partner), which takes you through to https://focustravel.uk/places/category/tmc-partner – I also want to fix the grid layout to 3 columns as the Partners are just represented with a logo and won’t have any images, so just need to remain small.

Also, clicking on the logos or eg “Read More” after 360 Travel information takes me to eg https://focustravel.uk/places/360-corporate-travel-2/#post_content with No Results Found.

Please help me!
