leaving review all go to 127.0.0.1/

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    On my installed sites, when leaving a review and clicks “Post review” site goes to http://127.0.0.1/
    tested it on 5 sites, all go to 127…..
    WP settings allows comments
    need assistance
