    hello i just paid for another 6 months support because my previous plugins needed updating, but when trying to add the licence keys in theGeoDirectoryx Force Update plugin the licences are not recognized.

    Hi Brian it looks like you changed your email address? The licencing system links to the email address can you confirm what one you will keep using?

    Also it looks like you bought the 6 month membership instead of renewing the 12 month one, in this case yo will have to swap the licence keys to the new ones.

    Hi Stiofan, sorry i had a problem last time because my email was not the same as my paypal email which you fixed your end, so i tried my Paypal one this time thinking it would save you trouble your end! sorry.

    how do i swap the main licence key i can only see the plugin licence input fields

    so what email should i set it to? Only i can do it.

    U should be able to deactivate and then put the new ones in and then activate.
