    Hi,

    I bought membership, but I can’t activate licenses keys. I receive message “Licence not activated! Please renew or seek support.”

    On main Design – Navigation . Check are not avaliable (see screen shot).

    Could you please help me.

    Hi Maud,

    Your hosting is 1and1 in Germany, they seem to have a problem communicating with our servers, there is a handful of people here that have the same problem with them. Can you try to contact support and ask them the following:

    “A service i use needs to connect to https://wpgeodirectory.com/ via CURL in PHP, this seems to be blocked by your servers, please fix this”

    Sorry i missed that 🙂 The problem was caused by wp-editor plugin also using chosen script but an older version, i added a code snippet to fix it.

    Hi Maud,

    Really they are useless, attached is a php file, please upload it to your site so you can access via yoursite.com/curl-test.php and then send them the link to it and as why it does not work. It works from EVERYOTHER web host apart from 1and1. We do not have anything blocked on our serer and i have asked out datacenter and there is nothing blocked there.

    They should run a “traceroute” and provide the details to find where it is failing.
