    I paid for another year today and when I go into downloads it says that my license has expired.

    Just want to make sure that I don’t get charged again and find out what I need to do to get current downloads. I used a coupon and wondering if the system set up new licenses.

    Could you look into this please.

    Hi Ron,

    You had a few old licences, i have removed all but the valid ones. I have also checked and your old subscription was cancelled and will not renew tomorrow.
