License transfer

    Hi, I renewed a license last month used on a client site. I’ve now been informed that they are switching to another developer. How do I transfer the license over to the client?

    Hi Jim,

    Please ask them to register on the site and then let me know the email or username and i can transfer that for you.

    If they wish to keep the recurring membership at that price we would also need to take a new payment method (assuming it was your own payment method used).
