Limit Coupon Use/Change Payment

We are attempting to limit the number of event listings a business is allowed to post based on the pricing package they select upon listing their company. Since there is no way to limit the number of events in the events or pricing package add on we are resorting to using coupons for each subscriber. However, the only thing I’m seeing is the ability to limit the general number of uses of a specific coupon code. Is there a way to limit the number of times a specific user is allowed to utilize the code?

Also, we are creating a user dashboard for our companies that hosts all of their account information and we would like to include an option to change subscription/payment method. Is there a way to accomplish this?
