Limit CPT by Locations

I have several CPT in my City Directories e.g. Places To Stay, Places To Eat, Business & Professionals (have several more) see Miami location
All these CPT naturally display in all Locations.
Question:
1. is it possible to exclude certain CPT in selected Locations? meaning I would like to only display Places To Stay in Miami, not display all other CPTs?
