Limit description editor options for certain packages (not by post type)

    Apologies if this has been asked before – I thought it would’ve been asked but I couldn’t find anything when I searched.

    Is there some way of restricting certain packages to text only descriptions? Just for info, this was an option in Geotheme in the packages but Geodirectory only has the option of “Show description field as editor” based on post type.

    I don’t want my free listings to have the option to use the visual editor, so if there’s a way of limiting them to text only via CSS or by adding some function that would be great.

    Hi Mark,

    at the moment there is no option for that, but I asked to the developers to add it as soon as possible, because it does make a lot of sense.

    Hi Mark,

    New option has been added in package form to restrict html editor for certain packages.
    This feature will be available in next release of GeoDirectory & Payment Manager.
