Limiting Detail Page to certain businesses

    I am developing a site for a local main street organization and would like to know if it is possible to only allow detail pages for those businesses that are paid members of the organization. I have Member (yes/no) as a field in the database. Based on that field, can I disable the title in the Listings(category) page so it does not display a detail page. If you can direct me to the section of code or function, I am very comfortable editing PHP.

    widget-listing-listview.php and listing-listview.php.
