Happy New Year!

I have a couple questions, both in connection with linked posts.

1.
I added the linked posts but it’s just showing up as code. Example in attachments.

How can I fix this?!?

2. Is it possible to link multiple businesses both ways? I have a few organizations that I want to add that work with partners.

To use shortcodes in fields you will need to disable sanitization, a safety feature put in place to protect your site.

Thanks for the response Alex but I’m confused. The Linked Post option is just from the settings option. I have a pic attached.

According to everything else on the options, it shouldn’t have to have all these extra steps.

If you use the shortcode in a tab, yes, it will render.

Thanks Alex!

I instead added the linked listings below the contact form, which is working like I thought it would. However, now I’m having the problem that it’s displaying HUGE. You can view it here: https://thecblist.com/local/united-states/missouri/kansas-city/bizservices/the-list-kansas-city/

I’ve tried changing to columns instead of list, adjusting padding and margins, changing the width, etc.

You can use a builder to control the layout or create custom CSS.

You are using Elementor so try adjusting the width using the settings there.

Your page is fullwidth. If you set the content area boxed it will be easier to control the width of elements.

Hi Alex!

That’s the problem. I’ve done all that. I made it boxed, changed the padding and margins, etc. No matter what I do it remains oversized.

Yes! I played with it using the ninja form code and it worked on that but it’s not working for Linked Posts.

Hi there,

I apologize for the delay in response. I’ve inspected your page here https://thecblist.com/local/united-states/missouri/kansas-city/bizservices/the-list-kansas-city/#contact and I can’t see the issue you had there. Could you replicate it again? Or use a test listing so that it doesn’t interfere with your live site?
