linking blog post to custom post type

    hi Sir,

    I am curious if I can link one custom post type (e.g. restaurant) to regular blog posts. The idea is that I want to have basic information on the restaurant (e.g. location, hours, ratings) and recent news (in the form of regular blog post) on the restaurant. I understand we can link two CPTs together but the look-and-feel of a CPT doesnt fit well with news. Any thoughts? thanks,

    I think I might have figured out. This can be done by using short code pulling in a specific tag.
    However, this only works in the profile tab. I tried to create a new tab (called news), short code doesnt seem to work in the new tab….
