Linking multiple sites

    Hi,

    I was wondering if its possible to link multiple sites to a single directory?

    We have a national directory and lots of multiple local sites, is there a way to link these little sites to the national sites but limited to a County/town/city.

    Trying to think how to put it as understandable as i can.

    We have our main site which currently I am setting up geodirectory for, we also have lots of little “local” sites, is there a way of sharing the main directory to the other sites?

    So that the adverts placed on the main site will be shown on the local sites, or if possible just a section of the adverts to match the location.

    Hi,

    out of the box that is not possible. Websites have different databases, they can’t share data.

    There is a plugin with an extension for GeoDirectory that works for a MultiSite installed and should broadcast data from 1 website of the network to others.

    However I never tested and I’m not sure how it works. https://broadcast.plainviewplugins.com/addon/geodirectory/

    You’ll need to ask for support to its author in case.
