Linking payment plans directly to the right forms

Hey,

I want to show a pricing table on my site (I’m using the coveloping site which is great!) for the different packages that I offer and want to link each package directly to the right form.

I’ve got a potentially complicated set up with two CPT’s – places and people. For each CPT there is two or more pricing packages. For example:
Place: Gold, Silver, Bronze
People: Free, Complete

I know that I can link the pricing table to either the Place or People form. But is there anyway to link a specific package on the pricing table to the correct form for that package – or at least have the chosen package pre-selected?
