Linking two Custom Post Types

Hi
My directory is set up with two cpt’s – Accommodation and Eating and Drinking
I have a hotel which needs to go into both these as they also have a bistro open to non residents.
Firstly do I have to add it to each cpt individually?
The other slight issue I have is that there is a different address for the hotel and bistro (although next door to each other) When I have tried to link them it changes the details. I would like to have them link on each listing – eg AB Hotel also has a link to AB Bistro
Is this possible?
