    I happened to change the Custom Post Type’s singular name from Activity to Business. After that, the renew listings, upgrade listings, etc have been removed on the view listings page. Customers can’t modify nor upgrade their listings anymore. The Basic package allows for upgrades but it isn’t showing. Even the edit listing isn’t showing. Thanks!

    The ones who developed the website are no longer with us. And they did not share the account they used to purchase the add-ons. I am just the developer after the contract was over.

    But if you’re not going to help. Then never mind. Great support guys.👏

    We paid for almost all of your premium plugins so I am expecting a bit of support, when needed.

    Hi,

    please provide a licence number or the email address or username of the account that purchased the add-ons, so that we can check that your claim is legit.

    Expecting that we provide support without proof of purchase, is not very reasonable.

    I just found the account that appear to have originally purchased the add-ons for that website and he bought a 4 months membership on April 12, 2017, so those licenses are expired since August 2017.

    You’ll need to buy a new membership if you wish to get support and updates.
