List cities in a country

Hi, I would like to output a list of cities within a geolocated country or when a user is in a particular country/city page. Specifically I would like to create a menu with links to other city pages within that country. I looked at the available shortcodes for the Mutilocation add-on and there doesn’t seem to be one that could do that. Is there another way which could make this possible? Using latest version of WP, GD core and GD Location Manager plugin. Thanks in advance.
