Listing Category page empty template

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I am using oxygen builder. I managed to get all of my page templates including listing detail and search to work with the templates but for some reason the Listing category archive pages are not working with any template

    Thanks for your post. Please go through this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/archive/ and make sure that you’ve configured the “Archive Page Template” correctly. If the issue persists, share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check this out for you asap!

    The issue is in regards to the category archive page not pulling design elements from a template.
