    I’ve had this message from a business owner who has claimed a listing…

    I’ve been trying to update the picture and content of my listing but it constantly reverts back.

    Can you help?

    Hi Neil,

    we can take a look at that, sure. Can you tell us how to recreate the issue?

    Make sure all your plugins are up to date.

    You can send over WP admin credentials in a private reply along with a login URL and only the staff here will able to read it.

    Hi Neil,

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve inspected your Website and it looks like you’ve set up everything correctly. However, I noticed that you’re using both WP Super Cache and Autoptimize plugin together. Which usually causes issues if both are not configured correctly as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/wp-super-cache/ . Maybe you can try deactivating both cache plugins and try updating the profile image and see if it works.

    GDV1 only supports WP Super Cache and optionally Autoptimize. GDV2 should work with any cache.

    Should i move to v2? is it quick and simple to do so?

    You can try it on a test site, see if it works for you; many of us are already using it on new production sites.
