Listing Claim not automatically approving

    Hi,

    Sorry to post this in the general forum.

    I have listing claims set to automatically approve in Geodirectory–>Listing Claims–>Options (Set to “Yes”). However, its looks like these are continually getting hung up in the system. I have to go into Geodirectory–>Listing Claims–>Listing Claims to check them off and send the approvals along.

    Why are these not sending? I thought that that was what the Auto Approve Claim Listing setting was for?
