Listing Claimed and Edited – Now gone

    Hi,

    I had a user claim a listing, then edit the listing (including changing the name) and now it does not show up in the listings.

    Questions:
    1) Does the listing need to keep the same name?
    2) Does each listing need to have a first and last name?

    I found it in drafts – I guess he did not properly complete the “Review and Publish?”

    Is the force upgrade enabled? If it is and he didn’t go through the payment that is what would happen. You’d see trace of it in the Invoices.
