    Good afternoon!

We are having a problem where we when we go to update a listing detail page, the URL of the first image of the slider changes to include the current month instead of the month the images was uploaded.
For instance I just added a website to the following listing:
    https://www.vegantravel.com/dining/thailand/chang-wat-chiang-mai/phra-sing/cafes/bodhi-tree-cafe/

The original post was made in February of this year, so all of the images reside: wp-content/uploads/2016/02/

But the image link for the first image after saving the update is now: /wp-content/uploads/2016/03/14071_12642653_1022277494497550_2875880906035579744_n.jpg

We can reproduce this error from the front end as well as the back end. IT has also happened with the new updated version as well as older versions.

Please let us know your thoughts,
    Thanks!

Does that also happen if you turn off the CDN rewrite? Your images are stored on another server.
I cannot recreate this, so I think it would have something to do with that.

I’ll get the others to have a look at your issue too.

Yes please explain how you have implemented CDN?

    Thanks,

We use MaxCDN for the content delivery network. The URLs are rewritten using the “WP CDN Rewrite” plugin. Images are stored on our server and picked up by the CDN on first request.

Interestingly, when I turn off WP CDN rewrite, I can not repeat the error either.

However, it is only the detail listing pages we are seeing this issue, only through the front end editor, and only after hitting the “update now” button on the review screen.

We’ll go ahead and look for another CDN rewrite plugin. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

Stiofan will be looking this week if it’s possible to tweak that plugin and make it work. It would be nice if we could integrate it with GD Booster too.

Probably it will take few days before we can fix it, test it and release anything.

    Thanks for your patience,

    Will keep you posted.

FYI MaxCDN can now be used in GD Booster.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
