Listing Detail page missing content

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I’m trying to find add all of the elements one by one for the listing detail page but still missing header and title and sidebar.

    Have a look at GD > Settings > Pages > Detail page > Edit.
    Select the default template or any other template of your theme in the “Page Attributes” settings.
