Listing Expiry Issue

    Hi,
    I want to achieve event CPT expiring and going to draft status once date has passed (I can enter expiry date manually when setting up events) but for other CPTs I want paid listings to revert to free option – Thought I had it set up like this but now coming round to first anniversary of site and noticed that a couple of listings that had not paid to renew had ended up being made draft rather than free so listing owner was then unable to access listing at all and it was gone from the site. Have I got any settings wrong? Or is what I’m asking not possible?
