Listing image disappears during listing edit in WP dashboard

Hello,
I have an issue while editing the listing in WP dashboard, listing image just disappears during the listing edit. The image remains on the server but it unlinks, that happening quite rarely and randomly I did not find steps to reproduce this intentionally.
Do you have any ideas?

Not really. Maybe you have price packages that allow less or more images and you are swapping price packages? That’s all I can think off.
Keep an eye on the steps you are taking so you can figure out when it happens. Then we might be able to help better. Thanks.
