    Hello Leon,

It seems to be a caching issue. I added /?1=1 to the url and images are displayed even without logged in.

    Hi Kiran

Currently, there is no caching enabled on the site…

How will it only affect this one specific listing?

    Regards
    Leon

    Hello,

How will it only affect this one specific listing?

May be that listing is cached before images added to the lisitng. When i tested with new listing it showing images fine there.

    Hi Kiran

Thanks for the reply. What will be the solution to fix this?
No cache plugin active, and the server cache for this page has been cleared.

    Kind regards
    Leon

    Hello!

When looking at the listings there does not seem to be an issue with the actual image, with Smush and WP Fastest Cache disabled, so the next place to look is the host.

Try to contact the host and ask them how to disable all cache.

Please check with your host about server side cache or optimizations that they might be performing.

On some hosts there is a Varnish setting that can be problematic.

Hi Alex, thanks for the response. I think the easiest is just to ask the client to resubmit the listing and pray that it doesn’t happen again…

    Hi Leon,

Also, please keep in mind that neither Smush nor WP Fastest Cache are compatible with GD. Just use the GD Booster or WP Super Cache https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/wp-super-cache/ for your Website.

    Thanks!

Hi Kor, thanks. I had some issues with GD booster, that is why I used WP Fastest Cache, but will use Super Cache now.

WP Super Cache doesn’t want to activate on the site…
    Gives me this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_cache_postload() (previously declared in /home/goodngyb/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php:1022) in /home/goodngyb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase2.php on line 314

Refer to the Fastest Cache docs on how to delete the old cache files and folders.

You can safely delete those files using FTP
