    We are trying to fix the featured images on the homepage, but when we resize them, we cannot see the images anymore on mobile phone or on other browsers. Strangely enough, if we click on visit site from that particular browser, then we can see the images. Yes, we removed cache and history from the other browsers and nothing is working.

    Hi Luis Velez,

    Thanks for your post. This is usually a cache related issue. Try deactivating all non-gd plugins one by one and see which one is causing the issue you had there. If not, kindly share your WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check it out for you.

    Hi. Yes, that is how it looks when I an working on the websites and then click on visit site. But, when I go on a different browser and clear cache and the browser history, this is what I see below in the screenshot that I am sending.
    Just now, I logged out of word press and looked at it on the same browser, and now cannot see the images that I could see you when I was logged in. Going to send a screen shot of that as well.

    I see that the second file did not go through. This is the one on the same browser but unable to see once I logged out of WP.

    Try updating your GD plugins.
    This is a cache issue.
    I have cleared GDB cache.

    If you see the page not logged in like this the images work:
    https://www.myspanishbusiness.com/?213

    Adding the /?whatever will force the page to load a fresh copy.

    Once you update let us know if the issue persists.
    Where are you hosted? Do they have server side cache?

    Hi, I have never heard of what you are saying except the cache clearing. For some reason, it is working now. Godaddy is my hosting company. I am not sure if it is totally fixed or not, but I can see the images now on the browser and on mobile. I really appreciate your help. Saved me so many hours.

    Sure thing. If it happens again, try clearing cache.
    GDB is for GDV1, so, when you upgrade, be sure to delete that.
