    Hello

A bit of an unusual issue.

I will try to explain. When listing there is a choice of a free or paid featured listing.

Assume a listing is first created for free.

If at a later date one wishes to upgrade, selects upgrade, review the listing and go through to the paypal payment page, but then decides not to pay and returns to say the home page, the listing is no longer visible.

If I go to my members page, the listing is visible, but held at draft.

If I edit the listing in anyway, the listing will not appear again.

I’m not sure if this can be avoided, but is something that could happen by a user.

    Could this be a bug?

    Screen shots attached.

I have been testing and this is my experience.
    1. User upgrades and and adds premium features
    2. Clicks update and goes to PayPal but does nothing else there
    3. The listing is set to draft in your admin, and includes all the premium data.
    4. In the user’s member area, the listing can be edited and saved, or upgraded again, but it will stay in draft at admin.
    5. So if a user does not pay after upgrading, the only way to set the listing to live again, is to contact admin.

I think it is designed that way. If a user does not pay, it has to go to draft. A user should never have the ability to publish themselves.

I’ll escalate to Paolo for a look too, but can you confirm my experience is correct or is it different for you?

    Hello Guust

    Spot on.

In respect to point No.5, it would be good if the user could somehow republish the listing even if reverting back to the free one.

Either way, now I know how it is meant to work, I can alert the users.

Thank you for your time on this.

Please submit features requests here or they will be forgotten. Also, only if many members vote for them we consider them.

    Thanks
