Listing listview excerpt

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Good day.

    We have an issue in our listing listview where the character count is not working correctly(screenshot-1).

    Same issue appear in listing detail page(screenshot-2).

    We disable all the plugin and found that GeoDirectory Payment Manager is in the one in conflict.

    We disable this plugin and
    Listing listview is now working (screenshot-3)
    Listing detail page is also working correctly (screenshot-4)

    Hello, have you checked in the Price package if you have a description limit enabled?

    Hi Simone,

    Yes we apply description limit on free package.

    We disabled it and it went back to normal.
