    Hi,

I am still on test payment, and had set up a recurreing package for a listing and paid the invoice, then manually made the subscrption active (testing, so had kept the lifetime one day, with 3 renewals)

Now obviously there was no payment after one day, so (1) teh subscrption is status expired (2) the renewal invoice is not created (3) listing expiry date shows yesterdays date, 1 day overdue, but the the listing is still published

Shouldnt the listing be in draft if payment has not come through? And should htere be an invoice in pending payemtn for the renewal?

Would help to understnad this better pls

    thanks, Vivek

Expiring only works correctly if the listing is added and paid for from the frontend. Recurring packages only can work correctly if the payment contract is set up at a payment gateway.
Recurring cannot be tested in test mode.

I’ll get the developers to check my answer, in case there is something to add.

    Thanks

Recurring payments work a little different, they “expire” when the payment gateway send the notification that the bill was not paid OR that is was cancelled (and then we set a manual expire date for when it would have renewed).

Its not something you can test manually, you would need to do a test with a gateway in test mode (or live for a small amount)

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
