Listing page map only displays error

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    In the GD Listing Top Section widget I have the “GD > GMap – Listing Page” and “GD > Search”

    Even though there are listings in the post type (which are displayed in the content of the page), the map displays the following error:

    No Records Found
    Sorry, no record were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.

    How can this be resolved? Thank you.

    Every listing needs to be in at least one category.
