listing preview problems need help asap

    ok this is what i found
    When a client creates a listing if the images they are trying to upload dont finish before they click on review listing the preview listing page is shown as a blank page.
    also if a client is successful in uploading the pics and clicks on go back to edit they make changes or no changes and the listing preview page is blank.
    it seems because this happens they now experience a blank preview page anytime they try to add one until they clear browser cache.

    Also it seems clients an only add one listing per day is there a way to fix this also?

    There is no option to limit users adding only one listing per day, so if that is indeed happening, you have something really strange happening which would not be GD related. We cannot test that for you, so please test it out and if we need to look at it, give us the exact steps to replicate.

    The image issue may be because you allow images of 4Mb to be submitted, and they take too long to process.

    I’ll get a developer to have a closer look too for you.

    ok the limit question was based on one client. I haven’t been able to recreate it.

    but the listing preview showing blank is an issue as i have been able to recreate.

    Thanks for your response hopefully we can get it corrected.

    You were able to go back and edit listing before publishing and it wasn’t blank if you clicked review before pics finished uploading?
    That’s the only way I was able to recreate the issue.
    I appreciate you looking into it.
    I am getting complaints from clients about not being able to publish…

    no, i was not able to click the preview button before it uploaded, i was able to go back and edit with no problems though.

    I would assume its obvious you need to wait for the progress bar to finish but maybe not to everyone. Maybe you should add a message there or maybe we need to disable the submit button while its uploading…

    I like the idea of the submit button waiting till all uploaded. I will add a message somehow on waiting till all uploaded good idea.

    I can see the field in the add listing form, and the CSS appears to be working on the detail page.

    Can you say more about the issue?

    When you add a listing and add a url in that field the listing preview is blank.
