    How do we turn on the Reviews for all listings? I just clicked on the Review tab for one of our listings and there was nothing there nor did it give me the option to leave a review.

    Please explain how to set this up?

    Hi Robert,

    Could you please check if you’ve created any ratings in GeoDirectory >> MutliRatings >> Create Ratings? If the issue still persists, do you think you can share temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    Basically, you need to do the reverse of https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-disable-reviews/

    Hi Kor,

    I did leave a rating on this listing prior to migrating over to GD from GT.

    You can see the rating on this listing and the option to register to leave a comment but not on any of the more recent listings: https://shoprva.com/places/united-states/virginia-1/richmond-1/restaurants/dont-look-back/?comment_sorting=low_rating

    Would love to have it appear on all listings.

    Hi,

    Wordpress allows to disable comments for all listings, or listing by listing.

    Now you have it enabled for all listing, but newest listings that had comments closed, now must be changed manually.

    I’ve done it in bulk for all listing for you.

    Let us know if it is correct now.

    Now something is majorly wrong! Now when you click on any of the listings we’re getting this error on all listings

    Please fix this immediatley as we have invited 100’s of people to our site today to enter our contest! Every listing shows Epic 404 – Article Not Found when you click on them!

    I’m sorry, when enabling comment, it seems like all listing went to draft.

    Where they all published or some were draft?

    Please let me know.

    Almost all of them were published. I’d have to go thru them one by one but there is no time for that right now! WE need them LIVE!

    It’s all good! Just had me worried with people going to the site. Is there anyway we can make the stars display as the orange or yellow color instead of the gray?

    Hi,

    you are using font awesome, you can set the color of the stars in :

    GD >> design >> detail >> Default Rating Settings.
