    I can’t edit Regions.

    Any ideas?

    I thought I did when I created the listings but when I click Set Address on Map Google changes it.

    Anyway, I figured it out for cities and it seems I have to manually change all effected locations 🙁

    I can’t edit Regions.
    Can I merge Regions?

    Any ideas?

    Yes, that is correct. That is what I meant when I said “update the region for the city”.

    I can’t edit Regions.

    Or more specifically,
    Can I merge Regions?
    For example, in the screen shot below all regions should just be County Dublin
    And the slug should be the same in all.

    The city can be Dublin 1, 2, 3 etc and the Neighbourhood the townland.

    Any ideas?

    Do I need to change in the database directly or is there an easier way?

    “update the region for the city”.
    So edit the city, look for the “Region” Field and change that by dragging the marker away from the location and back to the location. “Dublin 2” or whatever will change to “County Dublin”.

    When you have done that for all cities in “Dublin 2” or whatever, “Dublin 2” will disappear from your list of regions everywhere.

    I did that for cities but can I do it for regions?

    When I tried in the individual ones it said Region Already Exists

    Hi Guust,

    Yep, that worked. A bit tedious but effective.
    At least I understand whats going on now and how it works.

    One last question while I’m on the subject…

    Can I create neighbourhoods / cities / regions in the Add or Edit listing page or do these have to be manually created?

    For example, when I click on Neighbourhood in the edit screen, and I have not created one manually before then nothing shows up, just says no matches found, and I cannot create a new one like I could in V1.

    All neighbourhoods have to be created manually.
